4k Streaming/Recording PC Intel

I'm kinda of a noob when it comes to making a pc .I was thinking of making a i9 build but i don't really know  a good asus motherboard and cpu that would be good for streaming and recording in 4k.I'm thinking about using the corsair 750d full tower and getting 32 gb ram.

Try the 9900k if you have an unlimited budget but otherwise wait for zen 2

so it gave this 

• The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled. is there a way to fix this Compatibility issue  also thanks for your guys time

That is not a compatibility issue, that's just how the PCH lanes are allocated. 

Assuming the board still has at least 4 more SATA ports, you should be fine.
