Image glitching?

Okay so when would type, click, scroll, etc. text boxes would move or images would go away, shown in the pictures. I don't know whether it's a graphics or software or even a virus issue. Can someone help me out with this?

1st picture I was scrolling and some of the images would disappear but if I kept scrolling it would comeback. It goes back and forth. The second picture is when I was typing this, the borders would shift randomly or the text box would. Help pls!
