I'll start off with what I have

MSI Z390 MPG Gaming Edge AC

Intel i5 9600k

16GB Trident Z RGB 3200

Nvidia FE 1080

EVGA 280 CLC for my CPU cooler

H500i Case

I'm super new to this, I initially overpaid for worse parts and ended up exchanging them once I learned a little more and I'm pretty happy with it though I'm still searching for a 1080 ti but anyway would I have now is more then enough for what I need but I want to try and get the most out of it by overclocking. Everything I've read doesn't seem to point me in the right direction I'm wondering if you guys could help me out a little with some tips on overclocking or ways to either make or find a profile.

43:20 CPU overclocking, thats for 8600k though should be similar just dont over do the voltage.

GPU overclocking use MSI afterburner newest beta and do an OC scan, save the profile once scan is complete and apply.

Thank you so much, I know this might not stand for much but it’s a show of improvement, my gaming went up by 17% desktop by 35% and server 21%

Got it up to 5ghz with temps not going above 60c.

try lowering the voltage a little bit more if you can get away with it then export a 20min video with Handbrake to make sure its stable.
