First time start up with windows... HELP

My PC that i just built wont let me boot from Windows 10 USB that i bought. The picture is the error it gave me.

i have so many times, does nothing. it just takes me to bios.

Seems weird, maybe UEFI corrupted somehow

Try creating a Windows 10 USB install drive with the official Microsoft tool (link), and see if it does the same thing.

the thing is that i've been trying to download that for over 3 hours, its at 62%. idk whats with it

Assuming you got the thumb drive + windows.ISO from a reputable source you could disable secure boot until you finish the install.

I like to use Rufus for creating bootable thumb drives.

Go into BIOS/UEFI and disable Secure Boot.
