virtual 61883 class

so basically i had an issue with my rear 3.1 gen 2 usb port not working and i messed around with it trying to fix it and accidentally causes an error with the virtual 61883 class thingy. and so heres me (smart as fuck off course) trying to figure out what ive done for the past i dont know maybe 3 weeks now. yeah anyway i uninstalled it like a knob and i dont know what:

1. it does
2. if its important
3. how to get it back
4. where the path to find it in device manager is
5. how to fix my first problem (usb port not working) and second how to get this back

 

anyone know how to help?
