Is this a decent GPU

I have a Ryzen 7 1700

will this GPU give me good quality video game graphics 

basicly i want my stream to look nice.

 

(my bad i just relized this is the CPU motherboard and memory im new and dont know how to delete this post )

In the used part maket you can get gtx 1070 for $200 which is almost double it’s performance
