There are some that are even on when the computer is turned off. But I'm sure you can change this in the Aura driver too or am I wrong?

What is your PSU some have eco modes that really shut down everything at shut down.

 

I remember like 10 years ago someone at a LAN party had a full glass case and the lights were glowing even though the computer was also shut down... never mind lol
