Need advice for used pc!

As the title say.. I'm seeing this pc With the following specs:

Ryzen 5 1600

Rx 480 8GB

8gb DDR 4

DVD Samsung

Motherboard B350

All this at the price of 400€ or $454 usD

My question is: Does it worth or nah? Until the new Ryzen 3 series comes out in July and btw the guy say that still has 4 years warrantY

Dunno, that's too cheap so that means PSU is probably garbage, case looks sealed like a microwave with 0 airflow

 

Also whoever built it put the PSU upside down, probably because of the usual problem of the wires being too short, doesn't says which mobo is but since there's only a P4 power connector going to it I'd say it's probably low end.

 

You could get an used 480 for a third of that and pair it with new components, also if it's on sale gotta be because of something, I suspect graphics card throttling or shutdowns under load. 3/10, would not buy
