i5, 1050(ti), 8GB of RAM, decent sized SSD

 

I believe you can get these specs for around $600-$700 (at least from what I can see on Newegg). That would probably be the minimum. Though if you're only going to develop 2D platformers or other 2D indie games, you could get away with probably anything with an i5 and 8GB of RAM.

I just want you to recommend  a laptop in range of 60000 to 65000 with decent specs for game development. I am not concerned about other things.

It depends on what you do. Please clarify the software you use and what you do exactly(meaning is it Android studio, unity, something else?). Then it would be easier to provide you with some options. If you re just coding for example in .NET then you will be more than good with a new 4core/4or8 thread cpu either intel or AMD. 16 gigs of ddr4 ram and a SSD. You don't even need a discrete graphics card. If on the other hand you do graphics also then you might need something entirely different.
