Cannot boot windows 10 on SSD after installation - "The current BIOS setting do not fully support the boot device"

Hey everyone! I've been trying to do a fresh install of windows on an SSD I have. It's a Samsung 850 EVO. No matter what I try, I cannot get it to boot. It does not appear in the boot order even though Windows installs and setup restarts. It just boots back into the install USB, and if I remove it, I get the following error:

The current BIOS setting do not fully support the boot device. Press [F1] to enter the BIOS setup.

Go to Advanced >Boot >CSM Parameters, and adjust the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) settings to enable the boot device.

I have tried:

- Making sure AHCI is enabled for the SATA ports (it is)

- Clearing CMOS

- Using diskpart from windows 10 setup to clean, convert to GPT, create partition, format as NTFS

- Disabling secure boot (not sure I did that correctly)

- Disabling CSM

- Enabling CSM

- Various CSM combinations (none seem to work)

System Specs:

Windows 10 Home x64

ASUS Crosshair V Formula Z (BIOS version: 2201 x64, latest)

AMD FX 8350

GTX 760

Samsung 850 EVO SSD

Patriot Viper 8GB DDR3 1600

Antec High Current Pro 750W
