Troubleshooting Benq Screen

So i have a Benq ZOWIE XL2411P 24' 144hz monitor. It has been working great and i didn't have any problems with it until recently. I came home from school and i was going to play some fortnite on my ps4 which is connected through hdmi to my monitor. But the thing is that it didn't work. I tried switching input and switching back but it still didn't work. I tried with my chromecast and that worked but not a ordinary hdmi. If someone has this problem too and have solved it please answer me then.

Is it just like a black screen. If so I had the same problem with my ps4 pro on my tv. What I did was put the ps4 into safe mode. You do that by holding Dow the power button until so that it beeps twice. Not just once like it does when you turn it on.
