Full Screen Missalignment

Got a new monitor the other day used it alright then, I was watching Netflix in full screen ok no issues then. I wake up this morning to not being able to go full screen without it spazzing out til I move the mouse and then stop spazzing and the screen is miss aligned. moving the mouse across the screen was like moving to another monitor.
