PC controller on Xbox One?

If i buy one of those wireless Xbox one controllers with a USB adapter thats made for being used on PC(mind you made by Microsoft), will i be able to use it on my xbox one also?

Yes

 

Though, xbox one controllers have bluetooth, so you can just get one of those and a bluetooth adapter for cheaper

Its not a PC Controller, its an XBox Controller.

Its not made for PC, its made for XBox.

YOu just get a USB Dongle that can only be used with (old) XBox controllers.

 

Anyway, its quite a hassle to switch the same controller between PC and XBox...

The controller is compatible with both PC and Xbox One. It's just the first version used some wireless protocol that was exclusive to the Xbox One. You can still plug a USB cable to it and it'll work just fine.
