What gpu would you recommend to replace my GTX 770? If I were to fully upgrade my pc a would need to upgrade everything and am not willing to put that much money in it.(engineering student at college) What is the best gpu I can get without bottleneck?

Here is my setup:

GPU: ASUS GTX 770 2GB

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K

RAM: 16 GB DDR3

HDD/SSD: Western Digital Blue 1 TB, Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB, Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB

PSU: Seasonic SSP-650RT 650W

CASE: Fractal Design Define R4

MB: ASUS Maximus VII HERO

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

I was thinking about the new 1660 ti but it is 8000+ Czk  in my country (~350 USD) . I am playing in 1080p and my 770 can't quite handle newest titles even on low with decent fps. Thanks

How big of a upgrade 1660 ti is over 1060? It is similar to 1070,is it worth it for my 4690k?

like the 1070 over a 1060

it's worth it, and it would be even better if you can find a great deal on a 4770k, 4790k or xeon equivelent
