PLEASE HELP AT ROPES END!!!!

AnarchyWarlord

So I just built a new gaming pc:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Zotac RTX 2060

Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi

Evga 650 bq 80+ bronze

Gskill Ripjaw V series 3200 mhz 2x 4gig

Corsair rgb pro 300 mhz 2x 8gig

adata 240 gig ssd

seagate baracuda 7200 rpm 2 terabyte hdd

The problems have been just straight annoying. Low fps in games even in low 1080 settings games randomly crashing. Games causing computer to hard freeze when trying to launch them just straight annoying. I know that the specs on the comp should be able to handle most AAA titles. But for the life of me i cant figure out what the issue is ive trouble shooted everything i know how and still no luck my old Asus g20 with a 750 ti ran better. I need your guys insight thanks. The only thing I have not done is Buy a new key for windows since it wont activate on this comp.

1. Try reinstalling drivers

2. Try flashing BIOS, reset CMOS battery

3. Reinstall Windows 10

4. Admit defeat

5. Try graphics card in other system, if there is an issue RMA the card. If there isn't, it could be with a variety of factors, process of elimination will be your friend.

Agreed, if only it wasn't for some driver incompatibilities.

1. Check CPU, GPU and RAM frequencies while gaming.

2. Check if RAM is actually running on dual channel mode.

Main thing to do is remove components one by one and test using the process of elimination. Do this even with each individual ram stick. At least this will narrow down the problem.

By the way, you didn't need to buy a new version of windows. Next time you upgrade, tie you windows account to your microsoft account (outlook/hotmail) and it's really easy to transfer your copy of windows over to a new computer. Otherwise, it stays tied to your old motherboard.
