Wifi crashing while uploading

Hello, when i try uploading any files to dropbox, youtube, seeding on torrent etc. everytime wifi crashes and i must reset my router [ but via cable internet still works, very odd ( TD W9960 - not much but good enough for me, i still have VDSL ) ]. Does anyone know what to do ? Its very annoying. I tried solving my issue with provider but they said this problem is not on their side. Then i try to email tplink support bud they did not help me anyway. Sorry for my english ( i am from Czech republic )

How are you connecting to the router? Is it the inbuilt wifi from your laptop? Or a PC with a dongle?

inbuilt in laptop bud i had external wifi but the issue was the same. i will add that wifi drops on all devices in house not only on my laptop
