I just bought my first GPU rx570 and the first time I plug it in work fine (kinda) my PC did recognize but when I open a game (apex) I try to adjust video settings and crash I got a full green screen, then restart the PC and won't start so I have to restore my PC.
Already reinstall the drivers (all and drivers) and still won't work, I try update from device manager and also get green screen but this time I couldn't restore my PC so I install a clean windows 10
Know my PC won't recognize my GPU, if I install latest driver it says "Error 1603" so I try install other drivers and install perfectly, but still won't recognize.
I have try a lot of things and nothing work.

Ryzen 3 2200g
Gygabite b350 dh3s
8 GB ram

Evga 450w

Help pls.

I hope you can understand me, English isn't my first language.

Thanks.

Welcome to Red Hell.  Try a different PCIe slot and set your BIOS to defaults and let us know.  You may need to run DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller" in safe mode and that may work as well.

450 BT and I dont have another psu.

You have a Friend that could lend you a PSU??
It might be that the Transient of the GPU is something your cheap PSU can't deal with.

Random reboots are a sign of bad PSU/PSU Problem.

Yeah, that's the only thing you can do right now.

You can go to Gaming -> Global Settings -> Global Wattman and go to power Limit (%) and move the slider to the hard left. That might fix it temporarily until you get a new, good quality PSU.

Where do you live?
What PSU are available??
