Not too long ago (about 2 weeks ago) I built a brand new gaming for around $600 while recycling some old parts like my case and storage. But the performance seemed to be worse than I expected, at first I didn't notice but after I fired up Time Spy on 3DMark, my PC is apparently less than the minimum requirements for Oculus Rift VR even though the minimum is nearly identical to what I have.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5Ghz base 3.7Ghz Turbo Quad-Core 4 Threads

Motherboard: MSI B450-A-Pro

RAM: G.Skill 16 gigabytes of ram @ 2800Mgz 18-18-18-38

Graphics Card: Asus Radeon RX 560 4 gigabytes of VRAM turbo clock 1187Mgz

When I run STeamVRPerformance it says I'm GPU bound.

Please help I am extremely confused
