Hi. My 9900K in uefi have auto that settings. ITs called VCORe yes?

Yes it is, but use an offset voltage instead of manual voltage to allow the cpu to drop voltage when not underload or under light loads.

It this normal when under REALBENCH my voltage from cpuz balancing between 1.305 to 1.315? I added manually in uefi vcore 1.310.

That's pretty normal. Most boards depending on LLC will readout slightly higher to slightly lower than what's set.
