ok so my friend at school has alienware aurora r7 and he is telling first that chrome wasn't working right and it doesn't load anything, then he says its because of window but he cant reinstall window because he said he deleted the bios which i know you can't do that. Can any one help.

That doesn't make much sense, but if he wants a clean install of Windows 10, he can download this tool and follow the steps.

Yes. Install different browser (Opera - basically it's the same as Chrome) and forget about reinstalling system, especially with that limited knowledge.

 

And use AdwCleaner.
