Windows update make game crash

Hi,

I want to ask about my windows.

I use my laptop as gaming laptop with

1070 gtx grafic card (gigabyte p35x v6).

My laptop got random crash when playing game (blue screen) since 1-1.5 years ago. I keep complaining to gigabyte service center in indonesia (which is crap) 3x already. They only reinstall my windows, and tell me noting happen to my laptop, but the laptop keep crashing after like a month after they reinstall the windows.I keep analysing why my laptop keep crashing. What i found that my laptop crashing when windows update is installing or on pending restart. The game stop crashing after i finish the upadate. But if the update failed   it make my laptop crash everytime i play game qnd i need to reinstall my windows. Any of you guys had problem like this? What should i do. Should i change my windows? Or stop the windows update? Is there a way to stop windows update permanently? And what cause problem like this? Thank you

Sounds like Windows Update is pushing a graphics driver update. To prevent that, regularly check for updates. geforce experience is a good place to start
