OBS Settings R5 2600 issues? Or Normal?

Im just curious if anyone with similar specs who attempt to stream have similar "issues" or if it is just what i should expect.
Essentially i still seem to have blurry streams even though i use these settings but maybe its just the nature of the game for twitch.
I Know these settings are not the best for people trying to watch at low bandwith but this is what i have got it to work at no prob i can prob reduce bitrate and still stream without issue now but just dont like the quality of it.

Gigabit Down 50mbps Upload BTW so should be absolutely no bandwidth choke points

Get rid of the rescale option in Output. You are double dipping it with that since you are already downscaling it in the Video section. Secondly, the blurring you are seeing is compression artifacts from Twitch's side, not yours. Nothing you can do to correct that. Lastly, 6000 bitrate is the maximum twitch allows. Drop your bit rate down to a more manageable rate like 4500 or 5k which will produce a great video on your side. Again, nothing you can do about the blurring etc, thats all on the compression from twitch re-encoding the video stream.
