Best Buy Free Software w/ prebuilt?

So recently I bought a gaming laptop from Best Buy in-store. On many of their prebuilt systems and laptops they offer a free copy of Call of Duty BO4 though I was wondering why I didn’t receive a copy. Is this a “only with online purchase” thing or did I just not get my copy? It doesn’t say online (Didn’t know how active Best Buy’s forum was so I thought this place was a good start)

You probably have to fill in a form, to request the copy. They won't just give you a key, or have it preinstalled on the PC.

 

I know I had to do this, when iamdarkyoshi gave me WatchDogs 2; which he got because he bought a Samsung SSD in 2016.

because they don't want you to get bo4 and bring your item back, they have some kind of a form or code you have to enter that takes a while on purpose
