PC SHUTDOWN WHILE UPDATING DRIVERS

Hello guys..

 

I decided to update the  amd driver to 19.2.2 for my rx580.

 

so i unzipped the driver files and clicked install.

 

the electricity went off while updating.. so i turned my pc on after the electricity is back.

 

after the windows logo i only see a black screen . i have ubuntu installed as well so i went there its working but i cant change the resoultion from 640x480 (I have installed amd drivers on ubuntu)

 

 

any idea how i can fix it ?

reinstall windows (backup the pc through linux). you have corupted the drivers.

that's my last option to do .. im gonna try to uninstall drivers from safemode  i hope it works

Try ddu in safe mode first, then install drivers

Yeah I would try this first. DDU is fantastic
