Celeron dual core for modern titles? You're gonna have a bad time my friend.

Also, it's a bad sign when your motherboard is more expensive than the CPU, in the vast majority of cases.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Of course it wouldn't be as helpful if I didn't explain why.

The Celeron isn't going to handle a game that needs that 16GB of ram, so i scaled back the ram to make room for a good CPU.

The SSD choice of an M.2 NVMe SSD and a SATA SSD but both of the same size isn't very practical. I decided a SATA M.2 as the sole drive is good for up front space, and you can get a 500GB SSD, maybe 1TB or a 1TB 2.5" HDD later on to put in the build for mass storage.

Graphics card was just a quick deal hunt, any cheap RX card except the MSI armor cooler does just fine.

And the PSU was chosen as SFX because that just makes it easier to work with.

Hey fasauceome don't you think 8GB RAM is not going to cut the rug.  Also the SSD is very small, room enough for the OS and couple apps and 1 game.  sighs

Compromises must be made for ITX. Also, I feel like OP wanted to upgrade CPU while getting enough ram first and better CPU later, but a ram upgrade is gonna be way easier so 16GB of DDR4 3000 can come later. Small SSD now and a bigger drive down the line is also very convenient. I've got an M.2 SSD as my boot drive and it's 128GB which has my favorite games and windows. Unless you want Doom, GTA, and Battlefield all at once it's not a huge issue.

Also, doesn't "cut a rug" mean dance really well?
