Dead by Daylight BROKEN

I originally thought it was my GPU but it only happens in DBD..

 

 

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, verifying game files on steam, followed the Microsoft Visual C++ procedure in the master fixes and general guidelines thread, compatibility mode, everything I could think of honestly. And YES, all my graphics drivers and PC updates are up-to-date.

 

Any helpful ideas are greatly appreciated!
