NVIDIA quadro 4000

So I have a HP Z420 workstation that I bought around 7 years ago and it's been sitting in my closet for around 4-5 years. I'm taking it our for my son to play and he tells me he wants to use it for modded minecraft. Something like FTB revelations. I haven't replaced anything inside or taken anything out. It seems to have a NVIDIA Quadro 4000 as it's graphic card and I've been doing some research on it but I can't find much about it. All I can find is that this family of cards seem to be pretty bad for gaming. Can anyone tell me if it'll be able to run modded minecraft and other games smoothly?

i don't know about running minecraft...probaly...but the quadro 4000 is what i have at the office and it's based on a GTX 550ti GPU core...so this can maybe help you figure out how it performs in games...
