My problem started two days ago when I came back from work, booted the PC and had the "No Display Signal" error on my monitor. I did no updates before shutting down. I built my pc about two years ago. The motherboard status leds cycle normally until it gets to the VGA led which stays solid red. All fans (Cpu, case, GPU) spin up properly. I also cleaned inside (Was pretty clean before) of the case.

The following is what I have tried so far:

First, I reseated the video card, No change.

1A: I tried a different pci slot- No change

1B: I tried different video cards and also tried them in different slots- no change

Second - I took out of the video card and connected my monitor via HDMI to my onboard graphics - Was able to boot to Desktop

Third - I uninstalled my video card drivers, shut down and rebooted. Reinstalled my GFX card - Same thing happened as before "No display signal"

Fourth - I reset the CMOS by taking out of the battery with the PSU unplugged. After this  I was unable to produce a Display signal with either Dedicated GFX in or Onboard GFX (With Dedicated uninstalled)

Fifth - I tested my video card in another PC with same cables/monitor - Works great

Sixth - Took the PCI power cable from my other PC to my problem PC and tried to see if it was the power cable - No change

Seventh - Hooked up a test speaker. Got CPU beeps with no ram, No beeps with RAM installed (No beeps with GFX installed) - No change

Eighth - Juggled ram sticks in and out testing with and without GFX card (Hooking up to Onboard without) - No change

Ninth - Unplugged all my SDD/HDD from motherboard -No change

Tenth - Tried a new PSU outlet cable - No change

My PC specs are as follows,

All parts ~2-3? years old

Motherboard : Asus Z97AR (Latest bios)

CPU - Intel I5 4690k

Memory - Ballistx 16gb ( 2x 8gb)

Powersupply - Corsair 750m

Video Card - Zotac 1070

Windows 10- Retail

I hope someone has some ideas I can try. I would really appreciate any thoughts/suggestions. I hope I included everything necessary. Thanks
