Yes a vpn tunnel will work, at my intern ship place we used Sonicwall to connect our (same) network together. located at 2 different locations. I can't give you tips on how to do it however. I wasn't involved in creating the actual tunnel ;)

That is exactly what you need. This is how big corporations do it generally unless they have some kinda of dedicated Fiber between sites.  Im not sure on what settings and stuff but it should work.

so do companies bought VPN(VPN Services) to make make it work? im really confused if i should buy VPN just to make a tunnel

You wouldn't use an outside service like PIA or tunnelb**r, instead you would create your own VPN. If you're new to the game, you may be better served buying some sort of VPN appliace: https:/amzn.com/B00GK6402W

 

You could probably use existing hardware, but first you need to know what firewall/router/gateway you're using at both sites, and what VPN technologies they support.
