Adobe Premiere Pro 2017 issues

Go to solution Solved by Guest,

Hey buddy,

Why are you trying to find graphics drivers on Adobe's website?

You'll have to figure out what graphical interface your friend is using and find the latest compatible drivers on the manufacturer's site.

I believe that Adobe has a repair tool for this. Adobe CC Cleaner it is called.

I am helping a friend who recently installed Adobe Premier pro 2017 on his windows 10 pc. The issue he is having is that the video play back has a lot of artifacting, over saturation of greens and blues, and vertical bars through the whole frame. I assumed it was a graphics driver issue but I cannot find the drivers to download on Adobes  website or on random google searches.

@Netivity Hey sorry for the late response,

the reason I was looking on Adobes site was because I never have really used the programs (I just know more about PCs then my friend so he asked ne for help) so I asumed ti would be like installing a driver for Chrome/Firefox or any of the other open source programs I run. I will definitely check out the manufacturers page for the driver and try running cc cleaner and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the advice!
