Hi all :)

I am currently doing my first build.

I bought the Ryzen 5 2600 and the MSI B450 tomahawk motherboard. My doubt is about RAM compatibility, I am thinking about buying the G.Skill Aegis 16gb (2x8) 3000MHz to save a few bucks but I don't know if this RAM would run well on this system... Will it work? What is your experience on it?

Thank you in advance !! ?

It is in the QVL motherboard list but it is associated with 8gb single, although it shows the right model number… So I can buy this RAM safely right? Thank you for your reply !

Should be fine. RAM compatibility has greatly increased with AGESA 1.0.0.6. Just be sure to update your BIOS to the latest verison
