Enter boot menu

or reconfigure boot order in BIOS

then if still cannot, try creating a bootable disk again

then if still cannot, download a new iso

Make sure if you have created the boot device to be UEFI that your settings are correct in BIOS. If it is Legacy you shouldn't really have to change anything just enter the boot menu...

Brand and model of the PC or the motherboard.

You seem to be not booting to the USB installer you created.

Also how did you create the Windows 10 installer? Media Creation Tool? Copying ISO file directly to USB flash drive? Copying the EXE file you downloading from the Windows 10 download page?

That kind of screen implicates that its being read, but not loaded properly. If you can make another one.

What does that mean? You should be able to boot to USB regardless of what you are going to install it onto. If you have another drive to try with, use that.
