Looks pretty good!

Even though you could swing an RTX 2070 if you get a non K i7 or i5 and a cheaper board (If it's mostly for gaming)

(Could go either way though, some might disagree with me)

You almost built a PC identical to mine ?. Except I have a GTX 1080, 32GB ram and a different case.  That MB has an M.2 slot so consider an M.2 NVMe card to install the operating system on.  Or a standard SSD drive is even faster than booting from an HDD.  Not a major necessity, but once you discover SSD or NVMe you will never go back!

Assuming your budget is around $1500. Maybe also consider Ryzen as a cheaper option.

I would try and source a cheaper copy of W10 as mentioned above.

Ryzen option with a 2700 and high end board. Gives you a better upgrade path as AM4 is supported until 2020.

You could easily drop down to an R5 2600 if you fancy getting a Ryzen 3000 in 4 months or so.

RTX 2070 as a graphic card instead of a 2060 like you plan. For gaming, you really don't need more than i5 or i7, and your graphics card should be as best as possible.

Disregarding that though, if you plan to also do video or photo editing, you need that extra CPU power and an RTX 2060 is all you need for 1080p 60hz gaming.

I think I like Intel better because it always comes out with updates it might not be in your opinion.

Not sure how far you will get if you plan to OC with that cooler.  And I still recommend an SSD at least for the OS.  Other than that, it's a beast of a PC!

Not a good choice of cooler.

The Gigabyte board in my build is better.

Do you really need 32GB Ram ? I doubt it.

No SSD ?

Cheap psu for a $2K build.

No...

Go with something like a Samsung 860 evo 500GB instead. Only $80.

Nope.

That power supply will more than likely die and take all your shiny hardware with it.

Is your budget now $2400 ?

Also what monitor are you going to be using ?
