Reconnect wireless device with new usb dongle

I have a wireless headset (Asus ROG Strix wireless) and I dont have usb dongle for it so I can use them just with the cable.
This is the model of my headset https://www.asus.com/us/Headphones-Headsets/ROG-Strix-Wireless/  .
But i have question for all headsets and wireless devices such a mouse or keyboard with lose usb dongle - Can I buy an universal usb dongle and reconnect a wireless device with it?

Try contacting Asus support and see if you can get a replacement.
