I'm almost certain the answer is no. Server chassis and case dimensions are pretty easy to find however. On the other hand, DON'T MAKE A SERVER RACK OUT OF PLEXIGLASS OR ACRYLIC UNLESS IT'S SUPER THICK. You may have some difficulty reinforcing an acrylic server case so it doesn't sag, and you might need metal inserts for some parts like rail mounting, but it should be doable.

kk then, next idea is to mod a server Rack Enclosure with a window then work on buying/making a 4u chassis out of plexi.may or may not be doable, I may be just a noob, but im a noob with a dream

that should be easy, if you plan to actually use it as a server with a case mounted above it, flue the plexi/acrylic to the inside of the top panel to keep clearances the same
