Slow internet only on 1 device

So the internet connection on all my devices in my house is absolutely fine....except for my own PC. Only getting about 2mbps max instead of my usual 60mbps. Nothing unusual in my task manager, tried rebooting. No idea what's happened. Help

 

Forgot to mention that my upload is about 9mbps at the moment, kind of odd

Is there some sort of QoS going on with your router? Also, are you using wireless or hard wired?
