The hard thing is to find a balance between real life, and the computer. The thing you have to realize though is that the forum is also real life, but just a different form of it.

 

The thing I do is use the computer during my free time, when I have nothing else to do. Trying to force yourself to stop using it is bad, because the computer is not a bad thing. Obsessing over it is.

I hope you know I'm not leaving my computer, I'm not GAMING on it...
