Reformating Laptop stuck ?!

Hello. So I am reinstalling Windows on my Laptop ( Lenovo Y520 Legion ) and it has all been going very well. But now it looks like it is stuck on 58% or atleast it looks like that. Been that for about 2 hrs now..

Any ideas? Just wait or restart the computer and fingers cross ? 

This one has a mechanical drive and not a SSD if that has something to say.
