Try installing using integrated graphics by removing your graphics card and plugging your monitor cable onto the motherboard.

Its working without the graphics card now did i add it to the systems ??

I don't get what you are trying to say sorry. :(

After you have got to your Windows desktop using your integrated graphics, shutdown your computer and plug in your graphics card and monitor cable and when you turn the system back on it should find the graphics card and you would be able to use it. After thats been solved, I would get the latest drivers from your motherboard website and make sure you get the latest graphics drivers from the website (AMD/Nvidia)

Does your GPU run when you boot? As in fans spinning? It sounds like it doesn't get enough power. Actually I think its reason for your first BSOD also. So whole card may be broken.
