That's up to you. Ryzen has a better upgrade path and will probably allow you to get a better GPU since their processors are a little cheaper than Intels offerings. I would personally go Ryzen, they're new processors will worth the upgrade (hopefully) and their existing processors are just fine for gaming, especially at 1440p and 4k. The only time you really see a big difference is when playing at 1080p.

You said in your last post you intended on playing at 1080p 60hz, get something like an R5 2600 and an RTX 2060- use the rest of your budget to get a better display.
