I would get a better PSU, that one sucks. If you don't plan on getting more RAM at some point then go ahead and get 2x4gb sticks instead of 1x8gb so you can run dual channel.

I would get a Ryzen 2600 for the extra $20 and try to scoop one of the really good deals on RX 570's and RX 580's that have been going on. AMD is doing a games promo for pick 2/3 Division 2, RE:2 and DMC5. I've seen 4GB RX 570's for $99.99USD without the games and RX 580's as low as $150USD still with the promo.

 

I'd also step up to a budget NVMe 256gb, I think there's an Adata that's usually pretty cheap around like $45USD. I think it's also generally recommended to go with dual channel memory but if the plan is to buy 8gb another stick later, the single stick is a better idea. I know however single channel memory practically gimps the GPU in the 2200/2400G's.
