First BIG Work Station Build

To start off this is my first build and I don't want anything to go wrong so help me in any way that is possible.

I put together basically what I want my rig to look like ^^^ in pcpartpicker, and as me being a new beginner in this I want everything to go as smoothly as possible. The main things I want is to be able to do anything at high speed and performance when I am video editing or playing games with friends. Any help would be appreciated and any tips for the future would also help so much :)
