CSR 4.0 Bluetooth Adapater wont detect Dualshock4?

c0mplexx*

It used to work fine before I reformatted my PC but it doesn't seem to work anymore, I've installed the drivers through the disc and searched for a device through the system tray icon but it won't find anything.

I also don't seem to have a bluetooth option in the notification panel or bluetooth settings page

Try uninstall + delete the driver and use windows default generic driver.

And then what? the bluetooth settings page shows the adapter but says "Driver is unavaiilable" underneath, device manager won't find any drivers either

Forgot to ask, Windows 10? Mine automatically install and everything works fine.

Can you provide the Bluetooth Hardware Ids?

Yeah i'm on Windows 10, I remember that wiindows installed the drivers by itself and the adapter worked fine before as well but it didn't seem to be the case this time

That is a weird looking hardwareids. Try go into Add/Remove and uninstall any CSR/Bluetooth software suite from there. After that try reboot and let windows automatically install the driver.
