Where can I buy i9-7980XE?

Hi,

 

I've been trying hard to find the 7980XE, but it seems out of stock everywhere. I'm in Netherlands / EU and importing it from USA costs about 400 on import taxes, so that's not really a good option. Does anyone know where I can still buy it?
