msi b450 cpu led solid white

 I put together a msi b450 pro-vdh with a 2200g last night. I tried to boot and got a solid white led on the cpu and dram debug led. The ram is g skill aegis 3000 hz.

i tried clearing cmos, reseating cpu 3 times, bread boxing, removing and alternating memory. I then called tech support who said it was a bad mobo. I  returned it and got a new one same thing! Any tips or suggestions?
