My htpc laptop finally died, I recently upgraded my gtx780  to an RTX 2080 so im looking to build something on the cheap to throw that old 780 into. computer will mostly be used as a htpc but I would like to have a backup gaming rig or LAN party system.

Whats the cheapest system you can build, minus the GPU and storage? ideally I'd like to get under $500 also not against using used parts.
