Weird noise from PC

I have been hearing weird wind like noise from my PC for past few days. Idk why it suddenly happend, i cleaner my PC after and noise is still there. I checked every fan in PC besides PSU fan and couldnt find where noise comes from. Could it be PSU i dont know, but more i look around the more it feels like it comes from motherboard area possibly. Its driving me nuts even though its quite faint and i havent heard it before. Usually noise wouldnt annoy me if i can find source of it but if i cant find out where it comes from it pisses me off. I opened case so many times to check where it could come from but cant find out at all. So to be more precise sound is alot like a jet airplane passing over me up in the sky while plane is pretty high up in sky, like when it passes you and then you hear its engine sound if you know what i mean. It sounds like a wind flowing trought case as well, something like that pretty much. Here's the link of video i made, sound is much more obvious around 0:32 mark. Other noises you hear are from other fans. PC Case is Rampage Prestige.

Yeah I don't hear anything...

 

Is it more of a whining or a whooshing sound? Are you 100% certain it's your PC making the noise?

Around 0:33 mark its more obvious but i guess camera didnt pick it very well. Its actually quite faint but it hasnt happend before few days ago. It kinda sounds like this but kinda weaker. It literaly sounds a bit like a weaker lower wind blowing slightly

 Or like on this video 2:23 mark but more fainter too.
