Looks like a custom made piece to me, but I could be wrong...

I will only ever answer to the best of my ability - there is absolutely no promises that I will be correct. Or helpful. At all.

That's a custom made cooling solution.

You can buy those big heatsinks from electronic parts distributors like Digikey or Farnell and cut them to the shape you want.

Here's an example: https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/advanced-thermal-solutions-inc/ATS-EXL6-254-R0/ATS2204-ND/5848412

Thank you!

Keep in mind that you CAN NOT passively cool a cpu with just those two alone.
You'd need heatpipes or vapor chamber and after those are in place, you attach the big heatsinks to those to help with the cooling, to radiate away the heat.

If you have a lower power processor, you can passively cool them without resorting to heatpipes or vapor chambers.

For example, there is this Alpine AM4 heatsink which can cool up to 47w TDP (so that includes for example a 35w TDP Athlon 200ge processor) : https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Alpine-AM4-Passive-Silent/dp/B07D11G3WR/

Note the amount of fins and height required to handle up to 47 watts TDP, according to their description.

For example, there is this Alpine AM4 heatsink which can cool up to 47w TDP (so that includes for example a 34w TDP Athlon 200ge processor) : https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Alpine-AM4-Passive-Silent/dp/B07D11G3WR/

Thank you very much!
