CS GO Low FPS despite good hardware

TimJongUn

Hello,

so my problem is, that i get "low" FPS (around 120/130) on 4:3 stretched 1920x1440. Compared to my hardware i find the FPS very low, but dont know the reason....

My hardware is:

i7-7600

EVGA RTX 2070 FTW 3

16GB gskill trident z rgb

Asus ROG STRIX Z270E

When i play CS GO my CPU usage is at 34% und my GPU usage 31%

Things I have already tried:

·         Disabling xbox DVR

·         Resetting BIOS-Settings (so all overclocks)

·         Deinstalling and reinstalling graphic drives

·         Unparking cores

·         Changing resolution (fps is on all settings and resolutions the same)

·         Vsync off (in CS GO and Nvidia settings)

May someone give me some advice?

Thanks

go into game settings, enable developer console and type fps_max 0 into the console. if you're in the main menu fps_max_menu 0 also helps

I play in normal fullscreen mode....

It was a suggestion to try it, not a question if you use it.
