From Microsoft

Judging by the definition of Multiple Activation Key, first you need to know if the key hasn't reached maximum of activated computers. Then it should activate on another computer but I can't assure you since I don't really know what is the MAK system and how it works.

I assume you got this computer from workplace? If yes, then I would contact the manager or someone in charge of licensing software in the company. If not, then I wouldn't try moving to another PC with that license.

If you want to find some information yourself I leave a source here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/volume-activation/plan-for-volume-activation-client#multiple-activation-key

my mistake its volume_kms

Aka pirated. You can deactivate Windows to remove current license and enter another. If you have connected license with your Microsoft account, then you need to remove device/license from account too.
